Shaped charge is the most critical component of oil and gas well perforators, it is the most important factor to affect perforators quality. Shaped charge is made made by assembling four components:: case, primer, main explosives pellet, and liner. For routine manufacturing production runs, it is strictly controlled to ensure that the liner collapses to form the jet according to the design of the charge and to conform to "General requirements for perforator materials for oil and gas well " GB / T 20489-2006, with the features of non-carrot, low damage, regular perforating channel and low pollution to oil and gas formation, etc. Shaped charges are loaded with a matched perforating gun or carrier strip and conveyed to oil and gas well through wireline or tubing to perforate the aimed formation.
